The Donegal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (DSPCA) is Donegal's animal welfare charity. Our objectives are to prevent cruelty to animals and encourage humanity & kindness in their treatment.

As an animal welfare charity, to date we have recieved no government funding & rely on public donations to assist us in helping Donegal's abandoned, neglected & defensless animals.

As an affiliated society of the ISPCA, we can reply only on their assistance to investigate the many calls we recieve about cruelty to animals.

Our aim is to run an animal welfare education programme in schools and communities & we also campaign for improved animal welfare standards.

You as a member or volunteer can play a key role by supporting our re-education programme & by fundraising in your local community.
